Cancellation Policy

Retainer Fee and Payment Disclaimer: Please be advised that the Retainer Fee amount of $200 is non-refundable and is required to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date. If your event date is less than 30 days away when booked, you will receive an invoice with remaining balance due immediately. In the event of cancellation, if the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable retainer fee, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 30 days before the scheduled event date.
